As part of our determination to be the best panel and paint operation in Auckland we are committed to a number of quality assurance and operational efficiency programs.
All of our branches are linked in a modern computerized network and the management team study national and international trends in the collision repair industry in order to keep improving the efficiency and the quality of what we do. Understanding the latest repair methodology and technology is vital.
US-developed I-CAR technical skills standard: Half of all our staff have achieved the highest Bronze Level status in this technical skills standard. It is a requirement that all our car clinicians take part in this technical standard and skill development program.
Quality Assured CRA accreditation: Our Mt Wellington ‘car clinic’ is Quality Assured. This is a system similar to the more widely known ISO accreditation standard but is one that has been specifically designed for this industry by the Collision Repair Association. Our Manurewa branch is currently going through the QA process and our recently acquired City branch is about to begin the journey. As part of our agreement the operation gets audited each year and we get audited each year.
Sikkens A-Coat Partner: Sikkens is a world leader in car refinishing for more than a 100 years. Sikkens is part of AkzoNobel, the world’s number one coatings manufacturer.
Process centred Environment: Parallel to this our Mt Wellington and Manurewa clinics are undertaking a type of ‘lean’ management system, called PCE (Process Centered Environment), to improve our systems and processes.
